About my birds

I use only thoroughbred, pure white, racing homing pigeons.  Also known as rock doves, these birds have been  especially bred over many years for color and performance.  No harm comes to these birds during a release.  They fly from the release site to their home (loft), where they are well cared for by me.  While homing pigeons are able to find their way home from distances of 500 to 600 miles in one day,  my birds will not be available for releases beyond a radius of 50 miles of Stevens Point, Wisconsin.  (See map below.)

Our release policy

There are certain things that you can expect from me.

I will be on time for your event.

There will be at least one knowledgeable handler present at your event.

I will refund your deposit if I am unable to complete the release due to inclement weather  (i.e. fog, rain, winds above 20 miles per hour).

I will not, under any circumstances...

Release my birds indoors.

Release my birds at night.  The latest I can release is one hour before sunset.

Ship my birds to you for self release.

Release my birds in inclement weather.

 I will release my birds only within a 50 mile radius of Stevens Point,  in Central Wisconsin.  This service area includes  Stevens Point,  Wausau, Marshfield, Wisconsin Rapids, and Waupaca.
